As Affiliate Marketing Specialist
Who we are looking for
An Affiliate Marketing Executive, who will strengthen our partner support function across North America.
You will be responsible for supporting the exploration, development, and management of Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial relationships on behalf of the Partner Marketing Services Team. You will assist with the activation of campaigns to help the team achieve its objectives. Your analytical, relationship driven, and thoughtful approach to this role will be key for the team’s growth.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
The salary range for this position is between $50,000 to $70,000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
Experience with building and managing B2B commercial relationships or in affiliate marketing is preferred.
Strong networking, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights tools and sources.
High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, including working across multiple projects and objectives.
Experience working autonomously within a large team setting, with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to partner with stakeholders across various departments and roles.
Experience in a sports or gambling business is preferred.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Main Responsibilities
Managing existing partners on a daily basis through strong communication.
Supporting Marketing Managers with key accounts and acting as a point of contact for wider partners as needed.
Creating affiliate links, providing setup support, supporting new application processing, and providing email support as needed.
Assisting Marketing Managers with meeting preparation by liaising with Marketing Data Analysts to provide performance reports.
Organizing marketing creative, advertising, and collecting sources of publicity.
Creating and distributing weekly communication surrounding event specific promotion schedules for the department and assisting with event organization.
Collating and distributing monthly reporting, supporting invoicing requests and processes.
Providing compliance support when reviewing new websites for approval.
Working alongside Marketing Systems Managers to oversee internal tools and processes.
