As Product Marketing Manager
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital products;
Hands-on experience launching or managing features focused on user retention;
Strong understanding of hypothesis-driven product development;
Familiarity with acquisition, retention and engagement product metrics;
Hands-on experience of different prioritization approaches usage.
Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, BI platforms, etc).
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams: development, design, marketing.
Will be plus
Experience in gambling/betting or similar user engagement-driven industries;
Prior involvement in developing gamification mechanics;
Hands-on experience running and analyzing A/B tests;
Proficiency in writing specifications and documenting user stories;
Understanding of client-server logic and APIs.
Soft Skills
Strong product thinking — focus on delivering value rather than just features
Ability to work with ambiguity and drive initiatives from 0 to 1;
Excellent communication skills — able to clearly present and align ideas with both technical and non-technical teams;
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms;
High level of self-organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of different gamification mechanics;
Define product hypotheses, structure experiments, and establish clear success metrics;
Analyze data to generate hypothesis and define roadmap;
Collaborate with design, development, and analytics teams to deliver initiatives;
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog;
Analyze post-launch performance and define next iterations;
Present and defend product proposals and strategy across teams and stakeholders.
